The City of Alexandria is pleased to announce that Grayson Apartments, a new apartment community located in Braddock, will be providing 11 new apartments under the City’s Affordable Rental Set-Aside Program. Units will be delivered between August 15 and November 15, 2023.

Seven one-bedroom apartments will be offered at $1,541/month, and four two-bedroom apartments will be offered at $1,841/month. Residents are responsible for utilities, including metered water, sewer and electric, and trash ($15/month). Units feature in-unit washer/dryers, window coverings, and individually controlled heating and cooling.

Fees:

The application fee is $50/applicant. A $500 security deposit is required based on acceptable credit. Parking fees are $50/month for one car, and $175/month for a second car. Separate pet and storage fees apply.

To qualify for a unit, an applicant’s total household income may not exceed:

One Person             $63,300

Two People             $72,360

Three People          $81,420   

Four People            $90,420   

Five People             $97,680   

Application process:

Applications will be accepted on-line at livenovo.com. Applications requirements include:

1. Proof of income (4 current and consecutive pay stubs, most recent tax return or W-2);

2. Declaration of all assets or other income; and

3. Identification of all occupants that will reside in the home.
