Alexandria announces upcoming applications for new affordable rentals at Current Tidelock

The City of Alexandria’s Office of Housing has announced new affordable rental opportunities for residents. An updated list of available units can now be found on the Renter Resources webpage, which highlights affordable housing options throughout the city. Those interested in a specific property are encouraged to contact the property directly.

Applications for twelve committed affordable rental set-aside units at Current Tidelock, located at 1055 N. Fairfax Street, are expected to open in mid-March. These units will be available to households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income and include one studio, two one-bedroom apartments, four one-bedroom plus den units, three two-bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom apartment.

If interested in a specific property, please contact the property directly.”

Interested households can join the interest list by emailing CurrentTidelock@bozzuto.com and will receive notifications when applications become available.
