Alexandria seeks public input for Duke Street land use plan updates

The City of Alexandria is continuing its efforts to gather public input on the Duke Street Land Use Plan. Following the second community meeting held on September 25, meeting materials have been made available on the project website for those who could not attend.

Residents are encouraged to participate in an online feedback opportunity through the Engagement Hub until Thursday, October 23, 2025. The feedback form can be accessed via the Duke Street Land Use Plan webpage or directly at alexandriava.mysocialpinpoint.com/september25.

A third community meeting focused on mobility and housing is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Patrick Henry Recreation Center (4653 Taney Ave.). An online option will also be available, with registration details provided on the project website.

Information about future meetings and engagement opportunities will be distributed through eNews, WhatsApp, and local community groups.
