Premium gas was sold at the lowest price of $4.19 per gallon at one gas station in Arlington County during the week ending Mar. 28, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The average reported price of premium gas across the county was $4.85 per gallon.

Among 37 gas stations in cities within Arlington County, 18 offered premium gas.

Statewide, premium gas averaged $4.68 per gallon for the week ending Mar. 28, up from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
