The City of Alexandria has announced the launch of an upgraded version of its Alex311 app and online portal. The updated platform is designed to make it easier for residents to connect with city services from their homes or while on the go.

According to the city, the new Alex311 portal and app feature a more user-friendly interface, modern design, and improved accessibility. The mobile-responsive update aims to help users access services efficiently across devices. The latest version of the Alex311 app will be available starting December 22.

Residents can visit alexandriava.gov/Alex311 or download the app from Apple and Android stores. The website is accessible on computers and mobile devices.
