The Critton Hollow String Band will perform at the Alexandria History Museum at The Lyceum on Friday, October 10, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. The band, which has been active since 1975, is known for its performances of traditional American music using instruments such as the fiddle, hammer dulcimer, banjo, and guitar. Their repertoire includes songs from early Appalachian settlements as well as contemporary folk music.

This concert is part of the Traditional Music at The Lyceum series.
