Former Bishop Ireton High School standout Abby Cooch helped her current college team, the Denison Big Red, earn an 86-67 win against the John Carroll Blue Streaks in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 13.
The matchup tipped off at 5:30 p.m. at Holekamp Gym, marking Denison’s first tournament game against John Carroll in this round.
Denison’s next match in the tournament is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 8 p.m., also at Holekamp Gym.
