Brian Weiser, a former standout at Washington-Liberty High School and now a member of the Christopher Newport Captains, will take part in the Division III NCAA Basketball Tournament.
The Captains’ first opponent is the Stevens Ducks.
Tip-off for the opening game is scheduled for Friday, March 6 at 5:45 p.m. at Freeman Center.
