On Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 6:30 p.m., Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) will host the fifteenth in a series of virtual and open house community meetings regarding the transformation of the Potomac River Generating Site (PRGS) in Old Town North. The City of Alexandria and the HRP team are committed to engaging the community and obtaining feedback on this project and are working together to facilitate the best possible process to encourage public participation.

This virtual meeting will focus on the open space plans shown in the Open Space Development Site Plan (DSUP) Concept #1 for the future publicly accessible waterfront, linear, and railroad open space areas. This meeting is part of the extensive community outreach related to open space that includes an open space survey for the entire month of May. The community will have an opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions during the meeting as part of live Q&A. Questions and comments may be sent in advance to HRPInfoMidatlantic@hilcoglobal.com

For more information, please visit the City of Alexandria Website or the HRP Project Website. Register in advance for this meeting here.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
