Join the City of Alexandria at 7 p.m. tonight, January 18, for a virtual listening session to cover the financial proposal and economic impact of the Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) development project being considered for Potomac Yard. Leadership from MSE, Municipal Advisors from Davenport & Company, and City Staff will be present to provide details about what the project will require of the City and its taxpayers and what financial projections are realistic in Alexandria.

This is the first of four weekly Thursday-night listening sessions the City will hold, each focused on a different facet of the project.

Register online ahead of the meeting to attend.

See the schedule for the rest of the City’s virtual listening sessions below:

  • Thursday, January 25, 7-8 p.m.: Schools, housing, and other community benefits

  • Thursday, February 1, 7-8 p.m.: Transportation and traffic management

  • Thursday, February 8, 7-8 p.m.: Small business and economic opportunity

The City values the concerns of the people who live and work in Alexandria and is committed to taking their feedback seriously.
