The Loudoun County Republican Committee is the official Republican Party organization for Loudoun County, Virginia. Gerrymandering has been a subject of debate in Virginia politics over recent years, with both major parties accusing each other of manipulating district boundaries for political advantage. The reference to April 21 relates to an upcoming vote concerning district changes in the state.
