Loudoun County officials will present recommended alignments for the Route 15 Lucketts Bypass project at a public meeting scheduled for October 8, 2025. The meeting is set to take place from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Lucketts Community Center in Leesburg.

The upcoming session follows an initial public input meeting held on June 4, 2025, and incorporates feedback gathered from that event as well as survey results. According to county representatives, the October meeting will share information about the proposed alignments and outline next steps in the planning process.

General parking for attendees will be available at Lucketts Elementary School, while designated spaces for people with disabilities will be provided at the community center itself. Residents who require accommodations or language assistance are encouraged to call 703-737-8035 or send an email; three business days’ notice is requested.

Digital versions of all exhibits presented at the meeting will be posted on the project webpage when the meeting begins. Residents can submit comments on the alignment options either during the meeting or afterward through an online comment form that will be available at loudoun.gov/Route15North. Comments must be received by October 24, 2025. Those without internet access may provide input by phone at 703-737-8624.

The Route 15 Lucketts Bypass project involves planning a new segment of Route 15 that would bypass the west side of Lucketts village. Additional details about the project and opportunities to sign up for updates can be found on the county’s website.
