Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Aaron Spence has been named Executive Leader of the Year by the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce during its annual Community Leadership Awards.

The award honors leaders who show vision, integrity, and a commitment to strengthening the community. Dr. Spence was chosen for his leadership, focus on student achievement, and work to build strong partnerships among schools, families, and the wider Loudoun community.

“I am honored to receive this recognition from the Chamber,” said Dr. Spence. “It reflects the collective efforts of our entire school division, and I am grateful for the support of the Loudoun County School Board, our dedicated staff, and the broader community as we serve our students.”

During Dr. Spence’s tenure, Loudoun County Public Schools has emphasized academic excellence, inclusive practices, and innovative learning opportunities to prepare students for life after graduation.

The Community Leadership Awards recognize individuals and organizations whose leadership positively impacts Loudoun County.
