Arlington County has commenced its annual budget-setting process. The County Manager presented his budget proposal at the February 12-15 County Board meeting, and then County Board will hold work sessions and meet with community members. All of this effort will culminate in April with the adoption of Arlington County’s FY 2023 budget (for July 2022 through June 2023).
On Wednesday, February 16 at 9:00-10:00 a.m., the Chamber’s Government Affairs & Economic Development Committee will welcome Richard Stephenson, Arlington County Budget Director, and Emily Hughes, Arlington County Budget Deputy Director, to discuss and answer questions about the budget-setting process.
