City of Alexandria's Office of the Arts Now Accepting Program Grant Applications

The City of Alexandria's Office of the Arts has announced that applications for the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Arts Program grants are now open. These grants will provide funding for Annual Arts Programs taking place between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. In order to be eligible for funding, all grants require a 1:1 cash match.

Interested applicants can access the online application forms, instructions, and frequently asked questions for the Arts Grant Program on the official website of the City of Alexandria's Office of the Arts. The deadline for grant submissions is Friday, March 29 at 5 p.m.

To assist applicants in navigating the Foundant online grant management program and preparing their grant applications, the Office of the Arts will be conducting a series of webinars. It is mandatory for all applicants to attend one of these webinars. However, if applicants are unable to attend, they have the option of setting up an appointment to receive one-on-one training.

The grant webinars will be held on the following dates and times:

- Thursday, February 8 @ 7 p.m.

- Tuesday, February 13 @ 5 p.m.

- Thursday, February 15 @ 2 p.m.

- Tuesday, February 20 @ 4 p.m.

- Wednesday, February 21 @ 1 p.m.

To request a webinar link, interested individuals are required to email arts@alexandriava.gov. In the email, they should state the date and time of the webinar they wish to attend, along with the name and email address of the person who will be attending.

For any inquiries regarding the Arts Program Grant or any other programs and services offered by the Office of the Arts, individuals can email arts@alexandriava.gov.
