The City of Alexandria is inviting residents to participate in the second series of community meetings for the City Hall and Market Square Renovation Project. These meetings aim to gather public input, allowing Alexandrians to contribute their thoughts on the future of this significant location.

During the initial series, locals from various neighborhoods such as West End, Old Town, and Arlandria shared their views through in-person and virtual sessions, as well as pop-ups at Farmers’ Markets. The feedback collected will help shape early concepts for Market Square, which will be presented during the upcoming Series #2 meetings.

An in-person meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 28, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Alexandria City Hall on the first floor (301 King St.). A virtual meeting will follow on Tuesday, October 29, also from 7 to 8:30 p.m., with registration required for a link.

Additionally, pop-up events are held every Saturday in October from 9 to 11 a.m. at Market Square near the stage (301 King St.). For those unable to attend these events but wishing to provide input or receive updates, there is an option available on the project's website.
