The Chamber's Women in Business Master Class series offers an important educational opportunity to female business owners and professionals. These events are open to Chamber members and prospective members.
THIS MONTH'S TOPIC: Overcoming Negative Self-Talk, presented by Kara Simon, Owner of Loving Heart Holistic Wellness.
We all have an inner dialogue with ourselves that can at times turn negative. This self-talk can limit our ability to believe in ourselves and our abilities, and can diminish our confidence. In this month’s master class, Kara Simon, Owner and Operator of Loving Heart Wellness will be joining us to discuss ways to overcome negative self-talk. Together, we’ll discuss practices like the S.T.O.P. method, the use of practical affirmations, mindfulness, and more.
We are currently accepting topic submissions for our 2023 series!
There are many reasons to become a speaker, including exposure for you and your business. You will be showcasing yourself and your business as a thought leader/content expert. You and your business will be featured on the Chamber’s website, weekly newsletter, and the Arlingtonian newsletter (where space and timing allow).

Parking Details
Metered street parking is available on 14th Street, as well as in the Courthouse Plaza parking lot (2098 15th St N.).

Registrations are non-refundable. While you are unable to apply registrations to future events, you may transfer your registration to another individual.
