Twins Ace Hardware Arlington to give away American flags

Twins Ace Hardware Arlington will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Virginia lost 750 soldiers in the Korean war and 864 in the Vietnam conflict.

Consumers visiting the store at 2001 Clarendon Blvd, Arlington will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW John Lyon Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Twins Ace Hardware Arlington while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Twins Ace Hardware Arlington is located at 2001 Clarendon Blvd, Arlington, Virginia. This location is owned by Craig Smith and represented by James Furletti.
