House of Delegates Votes to Establish Sports and Entertainment Authority

The Virginia House of Delegates has unanimously passed HB 1514, a bill to establish the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Authority. This newly formed political subdivision will be responsible for financing the construction of a sports and entertainment campus in Alexandria. Sponsored by Del. Luke Torian and Del.
