Traffic and Parking Board to discuss new procedures and zoning changes

The Traffic and Parking Board is scheduled to hold its next public hearing on September 23, 2024, at 7 p.m. The docket materials for the meeting have been made available.

During this session, the Board will review a proposed administrative procedure for daylighting intersections. Additionally, three consent items are on the agenda: an additional loading zone at the 200 block of South Union Street, the removal of a loading zone at the 200 block of North Payne Street, and an additional disability parking space at the 3900 block of Old Dominion Boulevard.

The meeting will take place in person at City Hall Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall (301 King Street, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314) and also electronically. Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with details on how to join the meeting.
