Traffic and Parking Board to hold public hearing on safety measures April 28

The Traffic and Parking Board will convene its next public hearing on Monday, April 28, at 7 p.m. The docket materials for this meeting have been made available. Members of the public will have the opportunity to express their opinions on the proposed addition of an all-way stop on the 1200 block of North Fayette Street, as well as a new ‘No Turn on Red’ restriction at the intersection of Fern Street and North Quaker Lane.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via Zoom. Participants are required to register in advance to attend: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_CaAUhZlfSZ2BjiQuIBGzng#/registration.

After registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with information on how to join the meeting.

Public comments can be made during the meeting or emailed to trafficandparkingboard@alexandriava.gov by 3 p.m. on April 28, 2025.
