Head men's wrestling coach Roy Hill announced the first-ever competition schedule for Marymount wrestling on Thursday, a slate that will allow fans and supporters two chances to see the Saints in action at the Rose Bente' Lee Center.
Marymount will compete in two open tournaments the first two weekends of the season before traveling to Roanoke, Va., for the Star City Invitational on Nov. 20. The Saints will then compete in the two-day New Standards Invitational hosted by York College on Dec. 2 and 3.
The first home meet of the season will take place on Dec. 17 against Patrick Henry Community College. Marymount will close December with a trip to the Wilkes Open in Wilkes, Pa., on Dec. 22.
The Saints will compete in two more invitational tournaments on Jan. 7 and Jan. 21 before hosting Johns Hopkins and Newport News Apprentice School for a meet on Jan. 28 at noon.
Marymount will then compete in one more open tournament on Feb. 4 at Messiah before competing in the ODAC Tournament on Feb. 11.
The 2022-23 season will conclude with the Southeast Regional Tournament on Feb. 24-25 and the NCAA Division III Championships on March 10-11.
