Lean Construction Education Program

Classes are held Mondays and Tuesdays from December 5th to December 13th from 10 AM – 6 PM ET | 7 AM – 3 PM PT.
Lean Construction is driven to minimize costs and maximize value on each project completed, challenging all stakeholders to develop and apply better ways to manage the overall construction process.
AGC Edge Lean Construction Education Program is designed to educate construction professionals at all experience levels to develop the tools needed to build lean. The highly interactive virtual program provides instruction via Zoom and training to prepare construction industry professionals at all levels to learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into a lean operating system.
After participants complete all seven units in the program, they become eligible to sit for an exam to earn the Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-Lean).
These seven units build on each other to progressively cover a range of topics essential to Lean Construction, including:

LCEP Learning Objectives
Courses will be offered online via the Zoom platform, a webcam is required for participation. Registration costs include all course participant’s materials.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton[@]agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
