Awards for Senior Living Professionals
The Argentum Hero Awards recognize individuals who are ideal representatives of the hundreds of thousands of people serving in the senior living field. Nominated by regional/company executives and executive directors of senior living communities, these individuals represent the highest levels of excellence, caring, and dedication in senior living. Recipients are recognized annually at the Argentum Senior Living Executive Conference and in an upcoming issue of Senior Living Executive magazine. Nominations are open to Argentum Member Owner/Operator companies (self-nominations are not permitted).
Prepare your nomination:
- A hero changes lives. Tell us about one specific time that your nominee changed the life of a resident and/or a resident’s family.
- A good work environment matters so much in senior living. Tell us about a time this nominee helped improved the community or inspire others.
- What is the personal story behind the nominee’s excellence?
- Optional: You may gather up to three (3) testimonials of up to 200 words from residents, families, or staff that speaks to the nominee’s impact.
