3.1% of Alexandria city residents considered unemployed in 2021

Alexandria city recorded an unemployment rate of 3.1% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 3,244 people out of the 158,185 living in Alexandria city at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.
