Alexandria police arrest massage therapist on sexual assault charges

The Alexandria Police Department has arrested Picard K. Johnson, a 31-year-old massage therapist from Maryland, on charges of object sexual penetration. The charges stem from allegations made by two clients who reported incidents of sexual assault.

Johnson was employed at the Massage Envy located at 4539 Duke Street in the Foxchase Shoppes in Alexandria. Detectives are currently investigating to identify any other individuals who may have experienced inappropriate contact with Johnson between August 1 and September 26, 2024.

Detective Vanderah from the APD Criminal Investigations Bureau is leading the investigation and can be reached at 703-746-6678 for any information related to this case. The department assures that information can be provided anonymously.
