The Alexandria Community Services Board (CSB) is set to conduct a public hearing to gather input on the needs of residents with mental health conditions, developmental and intellectual disabilities, or substance use dependency. The event will take place on Thursday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m. at 4850 Mark Center Drive, Room 1301, which is the new location for the Department of Community and Human Services. Attendees can avail themselves of free parking and should proceed to the lobby for information regarding the hearing room.

The proposed FY24-25 Performance Contract can be reviewed at alexandriava.gov/DCHS. This contract outlines funding for services offered by the CSB directly or through contracts. It aims to ensure accountability and quality care for clients while promoting recovery, self-determination, and wellness.
