The parking lot at the Jerome "Buddie" Ford Nature Center will have limited availability during the week of March 25-29. This is due to a repaving project taking place at William Ramsay Elementary School. Visitors heading to the Nature Center or William Ramsay Recreation Center should expect reduced parking options in the vicinity while the work is underway.

Alternative parking is available along Sanger Avenue on the street or on Morgan Street, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Nature Center. Patrons are encouraged to use public transportation when possible by utilizing DASH Bus Route 35.

For further details about the Nature Center, visit alexandriava.gov/naturecenter or call 703.746.5559. Information on DASH bus routes can be found at dashbus.com/trip-planner-arrivals.

For reasonable disability accommodations, contact jackie.person@alexandriava.gov or call 703.746.5423, Virginia Relay 711.
