Trash, recycling, yard waste, and curbside compost collection in the City of Alexandria will be delayed due to inclement weather. The collections scheduled for Wednesday, February 12, will now occur on Thursday. Consequently, Thursday's collection will take place on Friday, and Friday's collection will move to Saturday.
Residents are advised that if their trash, recycling, or yard waste is not collected on the rescheduled day, they can submit a missed collection ticket online or by calling Alex 311.
