The City of Alexandria's Department of Transportation and Environmental Services has announced the schedule for street maintenance and repaving from June 10 to June 16. The department manages sidewalks, alleys, and over 561 lane miles of road in the city. Their programs aim to keep this infrastructure in good condition for pedestrians, cyclists, drivers, and other users.

Residents and businesses on streets scheduled for repaving are notified in advance through project signs or letters. Temporary "No Parking" signs will also be posted before work begins. Observing these signs is important to avoid tickets and potential towing.

The Street Repaving list and schedule may change due to factors like weather conditions, equipment issues, ongoing city projects, or utility work coordination.

Scheduled repaving locations include:

- Cameron Station Boulevard (from Duke Street to South Pickett Street)

- Mark Center Drive (from Seminary Road to North Beauregard Street at night)

- King Street (from Janneys Lane to Dangerfield Road)

- Callahan Drive (from Duke Street to King Street)

Recently completed projects involve North Quaker Lane from Duke Street to West Braddock Road. Concrete maintenance service requests have been listed for several addresses across the city. Storm inlet maintenance is planned for specific locations including King Street and North Quaker Lane.
