Alexandria Towing Advisory Board meeting set for March

The City of Alexandria Towing Advisory Board is scheduled to convene on Tuesday, March 5, at 6 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Chet & Sabra Avery Conference Room (2000) on the second floor of City Hall, located at 301 King St., and will also be accessible electronically.

This five-member board serves as a platform for an annual review of rates and policies concerning the towing, storage, and retrieval of vehicles removed from private property. It examines and approves contracts made by the City for municipal towing or other towing directed by City officials. Additionally, it provides a space for discussing issues related to vehicle towing within Alexandria.

Board members and City staff have the option to participate either in person or remotely via Zoom video conference call. Public attendance is encouraged both in person and through Zoom.
