Residents of Alexandria are invited to participate in the third community engagement series focused on the renovation of City Hall and Market Square Plaza. The meetings aim to gather public input and present refined design concepts influenced by previous community feedback.
Participants will have the opportunity to preview these updated concepts and gain insights from historical research conducted by the design team. Two sessions are scheduled: an in-person meeting on Monday, December 9, from 7-8:30 p.m. at City Hall, and a virtual meeting on Thursday, December 12, from 7-8:30 p.m.
The city encourages residents to register online for these events as part of their effort to create "a vibrant and inclusive space for everyone in Alexandria."
Additional information about the project can be found online. Residents can also subscribe to updates through the “City Hall Renovation” eNews topic or follow the city's social media channels.
