Registration for the City of Alexandria's winter recreation programs is set to commence on December 18 for residents and December 20 for nonresidents. The registration applies to classes, leagues, and activities scheduled from January through April 2024. Interested individuals can register online or in person at the Lee Center Registration & Reservation Office.
The Winter Program Guide is available online, with physical copies being distributed starting the week of December 30. The guide includes a variety of new programs alongside returning favorites, offering opportunities such as Teacher Work Day camps and Spring Break camps. Fitness, sports, and skill-based classes are also part of the offerings.
The Department of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Activities (RPCA) provides financial assistance to ensure accessibility for all residents. "Our goal is to connect and engage with the entire City of Alexandria," states RPCA.
