City staff are set to host a virtual community meeting on Thursday, February 13, at 7 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a proposed amendment aimed at aligning Coordinated Development District (CDD) #21 zoning with the AlexWest Small Area Plan, which was adopted by City Council in November 2024. The proposed CDD #21 amendment is expected to be considered by both the Planning Commission and City Council in March.
