Special Called Town Council Closed Session Meeting

The Dayton Town Council will hold a special called meeting to be held in Closed Session pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) for the purpose of interviewing prospective candidates for appointment to council, planning commisison, and/or economic development authority. This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Dayton Town Hall and will not be open to the public. It is the desire and intention of the Council to make an appointment to fill the council vacancy left by Dale Rodgers' resignation with a term expiring December 31, 2022 at the next Council Meeting which will be at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021.
