Alexandria Environmental Policy Commission set for January meeting

The Alexandria Environmental Policy Commission (EPC) is scheduled to hold its next regular meeting on Monday, January 13, at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in the City Hall Council Workroom, with an option for virtual attendance.

The agenda for the January meeting can be accessed on the EPC website. Public participation is encouraged, and comments will be accepted at the start of the meeting. Those wishing to attend virtually can do so via a Zoom link provided by the commission.

The EPC consists of 13 members who provide advice and recommendations to the City Council, Planning Commission, and City Manager. Their focus includes issues related to conservation and environmental protection such as climate change, air pollution, land use, and water quality.
