The Office of Historic Alexandria, in collaboration with Glavé & Holmes Architecture, is set to deliver the final presentation on the Murray-Dick-Fawcett House Comprehensive Plan. The event will take place virtually via Zoom on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 6 to 7 p.m.
This presentation will outline plans for the preservation and interpretation of the Murray-Dick-Fawcett House as a City-owned museum. The house, located at 517 Prince Street, was acquired by the City in 2017. Built in the 1770s, it is noted for being a well-preserved example of a frame middle-class home from that era. A final report and recording of this presentation will be accessible on the project website.
The public is encouraged to participate in this virtual session. Registration for the Zoom webinar is available online.
