French Flow Yoga marks International Francophonie Day in Alexandria

The Alexandria-Caen Sister City Committee is hosting a French Flow Yoga class to mark International Francophonie Day. The event will take place at The Lyceum, located at 201 S. Washington Street, on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Refresh Alexandria will lead the session, combining flowing movements and stretches with French music selections from around the globe. This day celebrates the diversity and richness of the French language and culture, with over 321 million French speakers worldwide. Participants can enjoy refreshments provided by Wegmans after the class.

Attendees are advised to bring their own mats and water. Tickets are available for $15 online through the Alexandria Shop.
