Rep. Don Beyer, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Virginia's 8th district since 2015, recently shared a series of tweets addressing various political issues and events. Born in Trieste in 1950 and currently residing in Alexandria, Beyer has a long-standing career in politics following his education at Williams College.

On March 21, 2025, Rep. Don Beyer posted a tweet highlighting a press release alongside several other representatives including Gerry Connolly and Steny Hoyer. The tweet can be viewed here.

Later that day, on March 21, 2025, Beyer addressed illegal activities with a direct message: "Stop doing things that you know are ridiculously illegal and this will cease to be an issue".

On March 23, 2025, he reflected on the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), stating: "15 years after Democrats passed the Affordable Care Act... Trump wants to repeal the ACA...". He emphasized the ongoing efforts to provide quality affordable healthcare and criticized former President Trump's stance on repealing the ACA.
