The City has issued revised proposed regulations for short-term residential rentals and is seeking feedback from the community. In August, new regulations were initially released for review. Now, a 14-minute video summarizing public input and how it influenced the revisions is available for viewing.
Community members are encouraged to watch the video and examine printed materials before submitting their additional feedback through an online form by November 17. Based on this feedback, further changes may be suggested before the City Council considers the regulations in February.
