Alexandria Fire Department prepares for recruit school graduation ceremony

The Alexandria Fire Department is set to host a graduation ceremony for its 56th Recruit School. This event will recognize the completion of extensive training and dedication by the recruits. The public and media are invited to attend.

The graduation will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 9 a.m. It will be held at the Nannie J. Lee Recreation Center located at 1108 Jefferson Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.

Felipe Hernandez Jr., Fire & EMS Chief, will be present at the event and available for interviews afterward.
