Old Town North urban design advisory committee announces March meeting details

The Urban Design Advisory Committee (UDAC) for Old Town North is scheduled to hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, March 6, at 9 a.m. The meeting will take place at City Hall, located at 301 King Street in Room 2000 on the second floor. The agenda includes an applicant presentation for the Open Space Concept Plan at the Potomac River Generating Station site, followed by committee elections. During the session, UDAC members will interact with the applicant to discuss design approaches and respond to questions from community members.

UDAC's role is to review development plans for compliance with Old Town North's Urban Design Guidelines. Applications are presented as needed and discussed during public meetings.
